TuneMetrics is a research-oriented platform devoted to the analysis of old-time fiddle performance, with particular emphasis on pre-electric era recordings—often referred to as rare originals. The system applies modern signal analysis to historical recordings in order to study pitch coherence, rhythmic stability, and bowing characteristics while respecting the musical and technological constraints of early recording practice.

Submit Recordings for Analysis

Multiple recordings may be submitted simultaneously. Files are staged locally and analyzed asynchronously on this system. No processing is performed in the browser.

Submitted files are placed into a local Dropbox inbox for backend processing.

Analysis Parameters Read-only (engine-controlled)

These fields mirror the STRATA engine configuration used for each run. They are displayed for transparency and documentation, but are not editable here.
